Hi, I’m Taite! (like T8)

I’m 25 years old and I’ve spent plenty of nights on hostel bunks and terminal floors. I grew up with a flight attendant mom and military dad, so it’s no surprise I have the travel bug. Over the years my boarding pass collection grew, and I became determined to find a way to live abroad. After majoring in Tourism and Hospitality at the University of South Carolina, I figured it was finally go time. I moved to Florence, Italy right out of school, where I spent two years guiding group trips across Europe and Northern Africa. I’ve since “moved back to the states” but I still travel full time for my job, which allows me to keep experiencing new places. Now, with countless destinations under my belt (and many mishaps along the way) I’m here to share the good stuff; must-sees, hidden gems, hacks for smooth travel, and all the recs you need to plan trips you love.
